Treat all members with professionalism and respect. The following behavior is prohibited:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Threats of violence
- Hate speech
- Personal attacks
- Discriminatory content
- Intimidation
- Stalking
- Repeated unwanted contact
Healthy disagreement and discussion are encouraged. Personal attacks are not.
Users may not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Scams
- Ponzi schemes
- Pyramid schemes
- Fake giveaways
- Account impersonation
- Identity theft
- Phishing attempts
- Fraudulent investment opportunities
- Requests for account credentials
- Attempts to steal money or personal information
Users must be truthful when discussing trading performance. The following are prohibited:
- Fake profit screenshots
- Edited account statements
- Fabricated performance records
- Misleading trading results
- False testimonials
- Deceptive income claims
Niche Network reserves the right to request verification of performance-related content or remove content that appears misleading.
Unless specifically authorized by Niche Network, users may not sell, advertise, promote, or solicit:
- Trading signals
- Alert services
- Mentorship programs
- Coaching services
- Courses
- Paid groups
- Paid Discord servers
- Investment advisory services
- Financial products
- Subscription communities
Users may not use Niche Network primarily for lead generation, solicitation, or sales activities.
Users may not engage in or promote pump-and-dump schemes, market manipulation, coordinated trading designed to manipulate prices, false rumors intended to move markets, or illegal trading activity.
Users may not impersonate another user, public figures, financial professionals, businesses, or organizations. Profiles must accurately represent the individual using the account.
The Verified Trader badge only indicates that a user’s identity, name, and age have been verified through Niche Network’s verification process. The badge does not indicate:
- Trading skill
- Experience
- Profitability
- Trustworthiness
- Professional qualifications
- Endorsement by Niche Network
Misrepresenting the meaning of verification may result in account action.
The following are prohibited:
- Mass messaging
- Repetitive posting
- Excessive self-promotion
- Automated spam
- Engagement manipulation
- Fake accounts
- Unsolicited advertising
Respect the privacy of others. Users may not post or share:
- Private phone numbers
- Home addresses
- Government identification documents
- Financial account information
- Personal email addresses without consent
- Confidential information belonging to another person
Users may not post content that:
- Violates any law
- Promotes illegal activity
- Contains malware or harmful software
- Contains sexually explicit content
- Contains graphic violence
- Encourages self-harm
- Infringes intellectual property rights
Users are encouraged to report violations of these Guidelines. Niche Network may investigate reports and take action when appropriate.
Niche Network may take action against accounts that violate these Guidelines, including content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, permanent account bans, and removal of verification status. Niche Network reserves the right to determine what conduct violates these Guidelines and what enforcement action is appropriate.
Users may appeal account actions by contacting Nichenetwork26@gmail.com. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
