Users may voluntarily complete identity verification. A Verified Trader badge means only that the user’s identity, legal name, and age have been verified. The badge does not indicate trading skill, profitability, experience, reliability, professional qualifications, or endorsement by Niche.
Users retain ownership of content they submit. By posting content, you grant Niche a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with operating the Services.
Users may not impersonate another person, harass or threaten others, engage in fraud or scams, post illegal content, spread malware, manipulate markets, create fake trading records, misrepresent performance, spam users, or circumvent account restrictions.
Without written authorization from Niche, users may not sell, advertise, promote, or solicit:
- Trading signals
- Mentorship programs
- Coaching services
- Courses
- Paid communities
- Investment advisory services
- Financial products
Niche reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords and account credentials. Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.
Niche may introduce premium subscriptions, paid memberships, marketplace services, AI-powered tools, advertising programs, and voice and video features. Additional terms may apply to future services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” NICHE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NICHE NETWORK, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. NICHE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BY USERS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Niche Network and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law. Users waive the right to a jury trial.
You agree that disputes shall be brought only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Niche may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Niche may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of any trading results, profit and loss statements, account screenshots, performance metrics, testimonials, or investment-related claims they publish on the Services. Niche Network does not independently verify the accuracy of such information and makes no representations regarding its truthfulness.
Niche reserves the right to remove, restrict, label, or request substantiation for any performance-related content that appears misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, unverifiable, or likely to cause harm to users.
Your use of the Services does not create any fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership, employment, or professional relationship between you and Niche Network. Niche Network is solely a technology platform that facilitates networking and communication among users.
Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time through the Services or by contacting Niche Network. Niche may retain certain information after account deletion as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.
